This coffee stands out for its bold, refined yet perfectly balanced character. It evokes the authentic coffee enjoyed in Italy and is roasted there by one of the country’s oldest and most respected Italian roasters.

- An Arabica Blend 

This blend of Arabica and Robusta results from the careful combination of coffee beans from several origins. In the cup, it delivers a beautifully balanced profile (rare for an Italian-style coffee), with indulgent notes of cocoa and toasted bread.

Pellini, A Premium Coffee Beans Brand

The roasting of Pellini coffee is carried out extremely slowly and at carefully controlled temperatures, tailored to each type of bean. This artisanal attention fits seamlessly into the brand’s Quality philosophy, which focuses on respecting the raw material rather than relying on any forced processing methods.

Each coffee bean is roasted uniformly, from its core to its outer layer, using a gradual heating process. The roasting method uses hot air, with the beans never coming into contact with metal. A stream of air keeps the coffee gently suspended throughout the process.

Cooling is also carried out using air. The beans then rest in special silos to allow flavours to settle. Through a meticulous evaluation, twenty qualified judges compare the tastes and aromas of the coffee. By engaging all the senses—from aroma to visual appearance—the coffee undergoes a rigorous quality control process and is only released once it has received full approval.
