A Closer Look at the Farm

Produced using sustainable agriculture and grown in the Serra do Cigano valley, in the heart of the mountains that border the states of Sao Paulo and Minas Gerais, this coffee is produced using a new production model for the region and is part of the FAF (Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza) movement.

This farm has initiated a very special crop, continuously rethought to follow production methods that are the opposite of those used in the rest of the country.

In partnership with the FAF, the quality of the beans is constantly improved and the coffee is thought of and cultivated as a high quality product. This local coffee has been specially designed for espresso.

The coffee plants are grown in areas at altitudes ranging from 1,200 to 1,340 metres and are known to consistently produce high quality coffees with a unique identity.
