An Instense and Rich Coffee

In the largest coffee-producing region of BrazilSul de Minas, an exceptional coffee is grown. Its subtropical climate favours the growth of the coffee trees thanks to its humid summers and dry winters. To develop the flavours of the coffee, the beans are dried in huge wooden silos for 60 days. Goppion's Brazil coffee grows between 890 and 950m and is harvested between April and August by hand and semi-assisted to preserve its quality
This well-balanced coffee with notes of chocolate will satisfy even the most demanding gourmets. It has a pleasantly long sweetness in the mouth. This extraction will reveal its aromas with an espresso, whether it be on an automatic or a manual machine
All Goppion coffees are roasted by hand in Italy in a modern roasting plant belonging to the family business Goppion Caffe. The coffees are roasted using the traditional slow roasting method (as opposed to the industrial method). 
The coffee beans are roasted separately (depending on the variety) in order to guarantee the highest quality. An "optical bi-chromatic" selection is carried out, allowing each bean to be analysed. Those that are fermented or under-ripe are ejected so as not to contaminate the blend. 
Goppion coffees are tasted before they are marketed: this is a guarantee of quality!
