Of all the panettones, this is undoubtedly the most chocolatey. Its family size makes it the perfect Christmas cake to share. To keep it fresh, we recommend storing it in a cool, dry place, away from dust and light.
Ingredients Panettone: wheat flour, 22% free-range class A egg, butter (milk), sugar, 5% orange fruit paste (glucose/fructose syrup, orange peel, sucrose, natural flavourings, concentrated lemon juice), emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), whole milk, cocoa butter, salt, brewer's yeast, natural flavouring, flavouring (vanillin).
Ingredients Gianduja Cream Filling 15% (hazelnut and chocolate cream): glucose syrup, water, sugar, dextrose, hazelnut paste 4.5%, skimmed cocoa powder, skimmed milk powder, vegetable fat (sunflower, coconut, cocoa butter), ethyl alcohol 1.5%, gelling agent (pectin), preservative (potassium sorbate), flavourings.
Ingredients Chocolate icing 13%: cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (soya lecithin), natural vanilla flavouring.
