The Gran Galup is made with extra dark chocolate chips in the dough, covered with an Italian hazelnut glaze "Tonda" Gentile Trilobata", enriched with granulated sugar and whole almonds.

Ingredients: Wheat flour - Chocolate 15% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin) - Butter (milk) - Sugar - Fresh category A egg yolk - Natural yeast (wheat flour, water) - Emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids - Whole milk - Glucose/fructose syrup - Invert sugar syrup - Salt - Honey - Barley malt extract - Natural flavourings - Natural Bourbon vanilla flavouring.

Ingredients of the icing 12%: Sugar - Fresh egg whites from free-range category A hens - Tonda Gentile Trilobata hazelnuts 9% - Rice flour - Rice starch - Ipulpable sugar (sugar - wheat starch) - Sunflower seed oil - natural flavourings.
