Storage instructions: store in a cool, dry place at a maximum temperature of 18-20°C. Keep away from sunlight and heat sources.
Ingredients: Wheat flour - Chocolate 15% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin) - Butter (milk) - Sugar - Fresh category A egg yolk - Natural yeast (wheat flour, water) - Emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids - Whole milk - Glucose/fructose syrup - Invert sugar syrup - Salt - Honey - Barley malt extract - Natural flavourings - Natural Bourbon vanilla flavouring.
Ingredients of the icing 12%: Sugar - Fresh egg whites from free-range category A hens - Tonda Gentile Trilobata hazelnuts 9% - Rice flour - Rice starch - Ipulpable sugar (sugar - wheat starch) - Sunflower seed oil - natural flavourings. The type of roast will affect the balance of flavours (bitterness, acidity, sweetness, etc.) and reveal the aromas of the terroir to a greater or lesser extent.
The more the coffee is roasted the more its colour will change (from light to dark). The darker the roast, the more the aromatic notes are lost in favour of the roasting notes.

The aromatic groups describe the tasting notes of your cup (hazelnut, chocolate, peach, white flowers, etc.).
