Often popular during the cold season, these flavours remind us of the comfort and warmth of an evening spent by the fireside. To produce this variant of panettone, Galup has replaced the dried raisins and candied fruits with flavoured pieces of candied apple and cinnamon. *
The whole thing is topped with a delicious glaze of IGP Piedmont hazelnuts, sugar beans and whole almonds.

Ingredients: Wheat flour - Candied apple 17% (apple - glucose/fructose syrup - sucrose - concentrated lemon juice) - Butter (milk) - Sugar - Fresh category A egg yolk from free-range hens - Natural yeast (wheat flour - water) - Emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids - fresh whole milk - invert sugar syrup - salt - honey - glucose/fructose syrup - barley malt extract - cinnamon 0.1% - natural flavourings - natural Bourbon vanilla flavouring.

Ingredients of the icing 12%: Sugar - White of free-range, Grade A fresh egg white - Tonda Gentile Trilobata hazelnuts 9% - Rice flour - Rice starch - Powdered sugar (sugar - wheat starch) - Sunflower seed oil - natural flavourings. Topped with 5% caster sugar and 3% whole almonds. May contain other nuts, mustard and soya.
