The Flair PRO 3 features a high-capacity PRO brew head, entirely made from stainless steel. Larger and heavier than on other Flair models, it provides increased thermal mass, essential for consistent, repeatable extractions, even with higher doses.
The included pressure gauge mounts directly onto the brew head, allowing you to monitor pressure in real time and fine-tune your lever action throughout the shot.

The Flair PRO 3 is a true manual lever espresso machine: the user directly controls the pressure applied to the coffee puck, depending on grind size, dose and technique.
Its long ergonomic lever enables a smooth and progressive pressure build-up, offering excellent comfort and precision, even during longer or more complex extractions.
The pressure gauge is a valuable extraction tool, helping you stay within the ideal espresso pressure range and easily adjust pre-infusion and peak pressure without exceeding recommended limits.
Thanks to its large-capacity PRO brew head, the Flair PRO 3 can handle doses of up to approximately 24 g of ground coffee, offering great freedom to explore recipes, ratios and aromatic intensity in the cup.
The brew head must be pre-heated before use to ensure optimal thermal stability.
This thermal mass also helps retain heat between shots, allowing you to prepare multiple espressos more efficiently.
Please note: the Flair PRO 3 does not heat water. Hot water must be used to fill the brew head before each extraction.
