The Eureka Baby offers excellent grind consistency thanks to its 48mm conical burrs - a large diameter that is unusual in a manual coffee grinder.The specific Espresso & Brew design ensures consistent results for all types of extraction methods.
These stainless steel burrs have a special Gold Energy treatment developed by Eureka and ITALMILL to increase the burrs lifetime (around 50% more than untreated steel, according to Eureka) and guarantee a consistent grind over time.
The grind setting is micrometric, with several notches. It is positioned above the grinder for ease of use.
Instructions are clearly marked on the lid to help you choose the right setting.
