PortugalThis coffee is a blend of several origins: Tanzania, Costa Rica and a touch of India, creating a full-bodied espresso with notes of caramel and chocolate. A hint of acidity enhances this intense blend.
In 1961, Rui Nabeiro decided to create his own brand of coffee. A connoisseur of the coffee market and an entrepreneur by nature, he started the business with just two roasting balls, each with a capacity of 30 kg, in a small 50 square metre warehouse in the village of Campo Maior in Alentejo (southern Portugal).
Today, Delta Q has more than 180 different businesses and the roasting division employs more than 2,100 people.
Delta Q has launched a sustained development project with the aim of improving environmental, social and economic conditions in coffee-growing regions.
The aim of this project is to develop the production of quality coffee and to guarantee a healthy, responsible and sustainable industry, promoting economic growth and improving the quality of life of traditional populations while respecting their culture.
