Cafés Gonéo Coffee beans - 5/10 Blend 100% arabica - 500g

For Gonéo's 5th anniversary in 2020, the 5/10 blend was created to immortalise this precious and significant event.

Let yourself be tempted by this blend, which is the result of the "Nature process" and is based on four distinct and very different batches: in terms of the varieties used, the types of soil and the approach of the coffee growers who produced these coffees.

The cup profile and organoleptic properties that emerge from the dry-processed coffees are incredibly well-balanced, expressive and comforting.

100% of the batches are from natural process fermentations with separate roasting between the different batches. These coffees come from farms or cooperatives that are committed to responsible coffee growing through agroforestry. But Gonéo also guarantees that all those involved in the coffee chain are fairly remunerated through the purchase of coffee at fixed prices.

The Cafés Gonéo Roast

Cafés Gonéo offers you specific roasting profiles according to the nature of each green bean. Each coffee is roasted independently of the others and only then is the blend made. The aim is to make the most of the potential and aromatic intensity of each terroir.
Cafés Gonéo wants to communicate this understanding of the product to everyone in order to guarantee the best possible coffee tasting experience.

The Brand's Commitments

In September 2020, Cafés Gonéo launched low environmental impact packaging for its professional range: KG bags of coffee beans that can be recycled once the label has been removed.

For the specialised range of Cafés Gonéo, the brand has turned to 100recyclable materials: 250g metal tins, 500g refills and aluminium Nespresso® ® compatible capsules.

Giving a second life to your 250g tin is possible thanks to its lid, which can be used to store all sorts of products.

The brand collaborates with ECOVALIM, a company based in Lyon that specialises in the collection, transformation and recovery of food waste.

MaxiCoffee is pleased to offer you these products. You can find our entire range of Gonéo coffees here!
