To dispose of your capsule correctly, simply throw it away, without separating it from the coffee, together with your organic waste, which is sent to controlled industrial composting facilities in accordance with local council guidelines. The company was founded way back in 1882 by Domenico Vergnano, grandfather of the current owners, who set up business in the small medieval town of Chieri, at the foot of Turin Hill.
