Caffè Vergnano Espresso Coffee Beans

CAFFÉ VERGNANO offers a 500g coffee worthy of a bar espresso.

We all hope to find a coffee like the one we tasted in Italy, don't you? Well, that's just what the famous Turin-based brand wants to bring back to life with this coffee, which has to be roasted in Italy. And discover a coffee with intense flavours, with a creamy, persistent crema that appears on your coffee for a good two minutes after extraction. Once you've started tasting it, you'll find all the hallmarks of Italian-style coffees: a strong intensity, delicious chocolate notes and a dense coffee. It also has a fruity side and racy notes.

For breakfast, try it as a milky drink (latte, machiatto, cappuccino) with your espresso grinder or manual machine. At the end of a meal, try it as a simple espresso to give yourself a boost after a hearty meal or a long journey ahead... If you can't do without it, there's the 1 kg format!

Caffè Vergnano, a history of coffee

This Italian company has been making coffees for 4 generations. Its 135-year history makes it a benchmark in the field. Founded as part of a small Italian grocery shop, the brand quickly took over the entire coffee chain, from roasting to selling. It was a great success, but the turning point came when it acquired a plantation in Kenya. That's why it takes such great care in selecting its origins, and continues to establish itself as one of the most fashionable producers. At a time when 'turbo' roasting is favoured, Caffè Vergnano prefers to use slow roasting, which really brings out the best in each origin of bean. Caffè Vergnano's range of coffees, from coffee beans and ground coffee to coffee capsules, carry labels that guarantee quality and safety.

Caffè Vergnano

Caffè Vergnano

Caffè Vergnano is a company that boasts a long and prestigious history.

The company was founded way back in 1882 by Domenico Vergnano, grandfather of the current owners, who set up business in the small medieval town of Chieri, at the foot of Turin Hill.

The true vocation of the Vergnano family became apparent very quickly: in just a few years they mastered the art of coffee-roasting and selling.
