This Moka Waabaa is an exclusive micro-lot from Ethiopia. An organic coffee cultivated at altitude in a special area of the Waabaa forest in the Anfilloo region. A highly rated Specialty coffee. LIMITED QUANTITY AVAILABLE! 250g pack.

Presentation of the plantation:

This "Moka Waabaa Nature" coffee comes from the Dewa plot located on a 17-hectare plantation in the Waabaa wild coffee forest. The plantation is held by producer Gazagn Gudeta.

This Micro Lot is part of a forest of coffee trees with distinctions:
- COMPLETE TRACEABILITY with the knowledge of the producers, the cropping system, the mapping of the plantation, etc.

- A GREAT BIODIVERSITY (40 to 50% minimum shading, 10 species of local trees minimum on the plot, etc.).

- A CUP QUALITY GREATER THAN 80 on the SCAE rating scale (rating out of 100) & an altitude between 1400-2400m.

Several crops mingle with coffee trees such as honey or ginger. No chemicals are used in this plantation.

Producing in a semi-forest and chemical-free system allows this plantation to be certified "Bird Friendly".
