Harvested from Colombia’s finest plantations, this coffee is naturally decaffeinated using the sugar cane method. This 100% natural process preserves the bean’s aromatic complexity without any chemical solvents. The beans are moistened in warm water to open their pores, then gently infused with sugar cane extract for at least 10 hours, ensuring a gentle decaffeination process that protects both flavour and character.
