Beija Flor Specialty Coffee Beans: High-Quality Panana Coffee

To offer an exceptional coffee experience, the Italian roaster has focused on the origin of the beans by sourcing them from the Hartmann family, pioneers of specialty coffee production in Panama. Finca Hartmann, their flagship farm, is a model of excellence and sustainability.

Each member of this family business plays a key role, with skills ranging from cultivation and production to quality control and marketing. For them, coffee is not just an activity, it's a way of life.

Located between 1,300 and 2,000 metres above sea level, Finca Hartmann comprises several plots of land surrounded by forest reserves. The coffee is grown in the shade of indigenous trees, respecting biodiversity and constantly replanting native species. Combining tradition and innovation, the family experiments with new varieties and terroirs, constantly seeking to improve the quality of their coffee.
