Routin recipe idea: Moccaccino
You will need:
- 15 ml Routin 1883 Chocolate Syrup
- 30 ml espresso
- 100 ml milk
Preparation:
- Pour the Chocolate Syrup and espresso into a large cup.
- Froth the milk with a steam wand until you obtain a creamy even foam.
- Sprinkle with cocoa powder and grated chocolate shavings.
