Our social media channels allow us to connect with you, to share and discuss coffee, and much more. We believe it is essential for our community to be open and inclusive, which is why we encourage you to talk to us and to others, and to share questions, advice, opinions, experiences and your thoughts on MaxiCoffee Online and the world of coffee. We constantly strive to make our social media engaging for our audience, as our aim is to connect with coffee lovers by offering them a safe space for them to interact.
We would like to provide you with some information and rules to consider when using our social media channels:
- The content you share on MaxiCoffee Online's social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) may involve the collection and processing of some of your personal and non-personal data, such as likes, comments, feedback and, in general, any content and information you may post. The processing of your personal data will be based on the principles of accuracy, lawfulness, transparency, purpose and storage limitation, minimisation, integrity and confidentiality, in accordance with the legislation in force on the processing of personal data.
Your Personal Data may also be processed as part of promotional campaigns and/or lead generation carried out by MaxiCoffee Online on social media. This processing may be carried out through targeting activities (for example, by allowing coffee-loving users to be contacted by MaxiCoffee's online advertising on their social media accounts).

If you decide to follow up on your request or complaint, your data will be processed for the purpose of handling your request and in compliance with current legislation on the processing of personal data. MaxiCoffee Online does not normally collect personal data that reveal certain characteristics of users, such as political or religious beliefs, physical health, sexual orientation, etc. We therefore ask that you do not share such information about yourself or third parties.
- Before posting content, remember that data and content shared on social media can be indexed by search engines and that, once posted on the internet, they can go viral and remain online for a very long time, even after they have been removed from our social media.
- When publishing content, it is necessary to respect privacy and, in general, the rights and freedoms of others. Posts that violate these rights will be deleted and, in the most serious cases, the author may be banned from the social media site. MaxiCoffee Online reserves the right to report users who violate the Policy and, in the most serious cases, to refer the matter to the competent Supervisory Authority. Each person is responsible for the content published and the opinions expressed. MaxiCoffee Online does not tolerate publications on its social media containing insults, vulgarity, offences, threats and, in general, inappropriate comments or comments that infringe the rights of others.
- MaxiCoffee Online will not, under any circumstances, be held responsible for the comments and content published by users and reserves the right to delete any comment that is offensive, obscene or in violation of the right to protection of personal data, copyright, trademarks or image rights, without prior notice. Promotional content, such as links to advertisements or spam, will also be deleted.
- Content will be reviewed and removed by MaxiCoffee Online after publication for the reasons mentioned above. No prior review is intended. Content that infringes on copyrights or constitutes unauthorised use of registered trademarks is not permitted.
