Originally from East Asia, Yuzu combines the bewitching flavours of lemon, grapefruit and mandarin orange. Widely used in Korea and Japan, it is the new star ingredient for chefs in vogue in Western cuisine.

Both acidic and fruity, Monin Yuzu Fruit puree adds a unique flavour to refreshing cocktails.

Sugar, yuzu and lemon juice, bitter orange pulp, concentrated orange juice, acidifying agents: citric acid, sodium citrate, natural flavour, thickener: pectin, preservative: potassium sorbate. Contains the equivalent of 45% fruit, including 25% yuzu.
