You will need :

15ml Monin Dark Chocolate Sauce
15ml Monin Chocolate Syrup
40ml vanilla vodka
15ml milk

Preparation:

Pour all the ingredients into a shaker filled with ice cubes.
Shake vigorously and filter coffee into glass
Serve
