Recipe for coffee granita with ricotta cream

Ingredients:

500 ml coffee - 100 g sugar - 1/2 vanilla pod - 120 ml ricotta - 28 g icing sugar - 4 slices brioche

Preparation:

Make a strong mocha coffee, then mix it with vanilla syrup before freezing it, stirring regularly to obtain a grainy texture. Meanwhile, whisk the ricotta with the icing sugar to create a light, sweet cream. Serve the granita well chilled with a spoonful of ricotta cream, accompanied by slices of oven-baked brioche. A simple and refined Italian dessert to savour all summer long.
