In the heart of the Sidamo region, in Ethiopia, Daye Bensa cultivates these whole bean coffee from the Heirloom variety. At an altitude of 1850 meters, its plantations produce perfectly ripe coffee cherries containing grains rich in complex sugars. Expect to discover a coffee rich in aromas!
The extracted espresso first reveals a beautiful persistent and streaked crema, followed by the emergence of citrus notes.
Tasting the Yellow Shot begins with citrus notes reminiscent of orange marmalade. Its full-bodiedness also allows you to savor hints of dark chocolate. At the end of the palate, lemon zest is accentuated by notes of nutmeg. The Yellow Shot is a specialty coffee rated 84/100.

Ingredients:
- An espresso made with Yellow Shot whole bean coffee
- Whole or semi-skimmed milk
- A milk frother or a milk wand in the case of an espresso machine
- A blowtorch
- Brown sugar
1. Prepare a milk froth using a milk frother or a milk wand.
2. Pour an espresso into a Pylano glass.
3. Use a teaspoon to scoop the milk froth and pour it over the espresso.
4. Sprinkle the espresso with brown sugar.
5. Using a blowtorch, caramelize the sugar.
