More About Our Medium Roast :

This coffee is perfect for espresso due to its medium roast makes it a balanced coffee as it gives it a generous body, powerful aromas and a round cup .

On the other hand, light-roasted coffees develop a distinct acidity and a more complex range of aromas in cup than medium-roasted coffees or dark-roasted coffees which develop a well-known bitter taste.

What Jérémy, Coffee Roaster at Cafés Lugat, Has to Say:
roaster review

Jérémy loves:

- Its notes of black tea, chocolate and praline

- Its structured full body and its chocolate finish bring balance to the cup

- Its sweet finish
