About the Producer and the Farm:

Standing at an altitude of 1,200 metres in El Salvador, this coffee comes from the "Finca Oasis" farm. This farm benefits from a certain biodiversity, with over 40 hectares dedicated to coffee production and 28 hectares of forest. The coffee trees are shaded to protect them and ensure that they can grow in the best possible conditions to produce an environmentally-friendly coffee. In fact, all the coffees produced and harvested are certified organic.

 This coffee is the story of a partnership between 10 producers driven by the desire to offer an environmentally-friendly product that matches the biodiversity surrounding the "Finca Oasis" farm. For over a decade, the coffee trees have blended perfectly with the forest and the rich ecosystem provided by this plantation.

Over time, many other small producers have joined the association, with the same desire to empower consumers by offering only certified organic coffees.
