Routin Recipe Ideas: Cinnamon Egg Nog

Materials

20ml 1883 Routin Cinnamon Syrup
40ml Bourbon
1 egg yolk
120ml hot milk
Ground white pepper

Steps:

Frost a glass with fine white sugar and cinnamon chips.
Add the egg yolk, Bourbon, syrup and 2 grinds of white pepper.
Stir to combine.
Pour in the milk previously heated with the steam nozzle.
Garnish with the powder and a cinnamon stick.
Serve.
