Specialty Coffee Beans Los Bellotos by Le Piantagioni Del Caffè - 250g

Specialty Coffee Beans Los Bellotos by Le Piantagioni Del Caffè - 250g

A Specialty Coffee Perfect For Espressos

If you're looking for your next favourite café, this one's for you: Los Bellotos.

Produced by an Italian brand called Le Piantagioni Del Caffè, this specialty coffee will surprise you from the very first sip. What makes it so special is that it is made exclusively from Arabica, and not just any variety, but from Bourbon.

In El Salvador, in the Santa Ana region to be precise, there are several farms, including Finca Los Bellotos, from which this coffee takes its name. It's in a privileged location, between the Cerro Verde volcano, a real bulwark against the wind, and also right in the middle of endangered trees called Belloto, which provide natural shade for the coffee trees. The result is coffee cherries that are rich in complex sugars and wildly aromatic to taste, thanks to the expertise of the Le Piantagioni Del Caffè brand.

When you extract your espresso, the method for which this coffee was designed, you'll be surprised to discover rich and fruity notes. Its attack is marked by a fresh attack of acidity, reminiscent of tangerine. However, this is quickly counterbalanced by the presence of rounder, greedier notes such as white chocolate, cocoa and almond.
