This specialty coffee is a pure origin coffee, straight from Honduras, more precisely from Célaque, the highest peak in the country, on and around which Las Capucas is located. Meaning 'water box' in the local Lencas language, Célaque is the starting point of numerous streams and rivers.

When you try this coffee, expect to savour a consistent espresso, low in acidity, marked by regressive, gourmet notes of caramel and chocolate. Its dark roast is perfect for espresso.
