Discover Finca La Riviera specialty coffee beans, Lugat - 200 g

Speciality coffee beans: farm, producer, origin

Finca La Riviera is part of the Café Uba estate, nestled at an altitude of 1,800 metres in Santa Rosa de Cabal, in South America. The farm enjoys a cool, humid climate influenced by snow-capped mountains, with soil rich in organic matter. The significant difference in temperature between day and night (30°C to 15°C) allows for the growing of coffees with unique aromas.

La Riviera has been growing the rare Sudan Rume variety for 11 years. Thanks to innovative fermentation and drying methods, the farm produces exceptional, award-winning coffees. The coffee is processed using the ‘natural’ method, offering a complex, floral and fruity taste with lively acidity and a beautiful sweetness.

Julio Cesar Madrid, a third-generation producer, founded Café Uba in 2014. Passionate about innovation, he has transformed his three farms into laboratories to create coffees with unique flavours, blending tradition and science. He is recognised for his numerous awards and the exceptional quality of the Sudan Rume variety. Today, Café Uba is a major reference for speciality coffee in his country.
