Finca La Riviera is part of the Café Uba estate, nestled at an altitude of 1,800 metres in Santa Rosa de Cabal, in South America. The farm enjoys a cool, humid climate influenced by snow-capped mountains, with soil rich in organic matter. The significant difference in temperature between day and night (30°C to 15°C) allows for the growing of coffees with unique aromas.
La Riviera has been growing the rare Sudan Rume variety for 11 years. Thanks to innovative fermentation and drying methods, the farm produces exceptional, award-winning coffees.
