About the Farm

At the helm of Fazenda Da Mata, a 50-hectare farm near Sao Paulo in Brazil, is Adonis Cerri. Aged 75 and with a solid background in coffee, this man is full of energy and always ready to try new things.

The Fazenda Da Mata coffee beans have benefited from his know-how, as well as a favourable environment. On the side of a mountain, the Mantiqueira in Brazil, and thanks to the volcanic soil, the coffee flourishes perfectly. This batch has been hand-picked, sorted and treated according to the natural process.
