This coffee is made by a natural decaffeination process using CO2 (carbon dioxide), which keeps the taste intact.

The CO2 passes under high pressure through the unroasted coffee beans to extract the caffeine.

The advantages of this method? No harmful chemicals are used, the flavours are better preserved and the decaffeinated extract will be recycled!
