Nestled at an altitude of 1,595 metres, this 20-hectare farm is home to 38,000 coffee trees, mainly of the Catuai Rouge, Caturra and IHCAFE 90 varieties, grown in an environment rich in biodiversity, including a large population of hummingbirds.
This batch has been processed using the Yellow Honey method, a processing technique popular with small Honduran producers for bringing out the aromatic characteristics of the coffee while using very little water. Harvested between December and March, this 100% traceable coffee embodies the best of Honduran expertise.
