Christmas Tea Brands Available on MaxiCoffee
Christmas Tea Compagnie Coloniale
Their emblematic recipe such as Étoile d'Orient, with its orange and chocolate notes, will surprise you with its distinctive notes. It offers a blend of Sencha green tea from Japan and Chun Mee from China which gives it a touch of acidity and astringency. You will be able to taste in their gift box the Christmas tea with cherry and almond notes.
Dammann Frères Christmas Tea
For Dammann Frères, the end of year celebrations are a special time, thus they have always created fabulous blends in beautiful gift boxes. Their latest creation, a bauble to hang on your Christmas tree filled with an original recipe. You can make a great cup of tea by the fire while preparing your decoration.
Kusmi Tea Christmas Tea
The Kusmi Tea brand loves to create assortments for the end of year celebrations, whether it is recipes, gift boxes or an advent calendar, their creative team always manages to amaze us. Their latest creation in the golden colours of the Roaring Twenties and the great Kusmi Tea Hotel theme immediately seduced us, and we look forward to their new creation every year.
The Different Christmas Teas to Discover
White Christmas Tea
White tea brings subtlety to the spicy notes of typical Christmas blends. The Comptoir Français du Thé brand has created a White Christmas tea recipe that combines red berries, pearly pearls and silver leaves. It is as pretty to look at as it is to taste. It is appreciated for its strawberry and safflower notes.
Christmas Tea in Different Tea Formats
There are several ways to enjoy your Christmas tea, the best known being the Advent calendar where you can discover a new tea recipe every day. This is often how we select the tea that will accompany us in the coming year. At that time, you can choose between loose tea and tea bags.
While waiting for your order, you can make a delicious Christmas tea at home. To do this, I recommend that you:
- use a black tea base such as Earl Grey,
- add spices, cinnamon, cardamon, cloves and vanilla for a touch of sweetness,
- add slices of lemon and/or orange,
- then leave to infuse for a few minutes
- and enjoy!
It is advisable to use a teapot with a large filter so that the flavours are well balanced in your infusion.
