The Perfect Tea Gift For Christmas!

Kusmi Tea has put together a pretty little house containing its legendary Christmas recipes. Enjoy Tsaverna tea with its liquorice, cinnamon, ginger and orange notes. Its spicy notes are the perfect accompaniment to Christmas evenings. The Glögg recipe will remind you of mulled wine, and with no alcohol, this drink can be enjoyed all day long.

The Tsaverna recipe is brewed in water at 90° for 3 to 4 minutes. Respecting this temperature allows the tea leaves to develop their aroma. If the water is too hot, the tea leaves may burn and become too bitter.

Glögg herbal tea is made from red berries and liquorice, cinnamon and cardamom, and can be enjoyed all day long. It contains no theine. To prepare a herbal tea, heat water to 95° and brew 2 grams of the recipe for 5 minutes. You'll be seduced by the fragrance of the Christmas market and the desire to enjoy a shortbread biscuit.
