This chocolate powder combines the flavours of chocolate with the creaminess and pleasant froth of fresh milk. Enjoy a sensory experience with creamy flavours that will make the hearts of all chocolate lovers (young and old) skip a beat from the very first sip!
Compared with other milk chocolates, VH2 contains a high percentage of the best Belgian cocoa - 34%. This gives it a thick consistency.
Ingredients: chocolate powder (59%) (sugar, cocoa 34%), skimmed milk powder, anti-caking agent (E341), salt, flavouring.
The type of roast will affect the balance of flavours (bitterness, acidity, sweetness, etc.) and reveal the aromas of the terroir to a greater or lesser extent.
The more the coffee is roasted the more its colour will change (from light to dark). The darker the roast, the more the aromatic notes are lost in favour of the roasting notes.
All our coffees have been placed in a colorimeter by our experts in order to compare the roast intensity.
