HARIO Drip Assist: Your V60 Essential

The Drip Assist accessory from Hario has been developed by 2013 World Barista Champion Pete Licata to help ensure a perfect flow with every brew.

The Drip Assist can be placed on your V60 once you've fitted your filter and ground coffee.

With its two types of holes of different diameters, you can pour at two distinct speeds. Even when using a less precise pouring method, such as the wide spout of a standard kettle, the water will flow at a constant rate, guaranteeing a delicious cup result.

With its conical shape and spiral grooves, the V60 dripper offers a coffee with good aromatic strength and pronounced body.

This brewing method will bring out all the aromas of your favourite coffee.

The HARIO V60 VDG-02 dripper is made from high-quality glass, with a real olive wood holder.

It makes up to 4 cups of coffee (50cl).

Together with the Drip Assist accessory, this dripper will enable you to learn the V60 method with good cup results.

To make your own coffee with this V60 dripper and Drip Assist, you'll need the following accessories:

A gooseneck kettle for better pouring and water distribution.

Suitable conical filter papers.

A precision coffee scale to measure the quantity of water poured and your brewing time.
