Thanks to its innovative design featuring three distinct surface zones, the stunning Timemore Crystal Eye 01 glass dripper delivers exceptional and consistent extraction.
The inner wall ensures a close contact between the filter paper and the dripper, allowing optimal aroma development and full flavour extraction from your coffee.
The upper section helps the filter paper perfectly conform to the dripper’s shape, reaching all the way to the top to prevent water bypass and ensure even brewing.
The middle section features gently concave contours that gradually narrow downward, helping to regulate water flow throughout the extraction process.
The lower section, dedicated to the coffee bed, is designed with fewer grooves and more convex shapes to promote balanced extraction and a clean cup profile.
At the base, the Crystal Eye dripper includes a wide opening that allows water to flow through efficiently, reducing contact time with the coffee and helping to prevent over-extraction.

The Crystal
Eye is a very thick and robust borosilicate glass dripper. This type of glass
offers excellent heat retention.
Its metal support with non-slip base and silicone seal means it can be used on
all types of container: carafes, mugs, etc.
This dripper is designed for two cups of coffee.
It comes with 10 conical paper filters.
To use, take 15 to 20 g of freshly ground coffee beans and pour the coffee into
the dripper's filter.
Add 40 ml of hot water evenly and wait 30 seconds to pre-infuse.
Pour in the rest of your hot water (between 200 and 250 ml).
Your brew should take between 2 and 2.5 minutes.

The type of roast will affect the balance of flavours (bitterness, acidity, sweetness, etc.) and reveal the aromas of the terroir to a greater or lesser extent.
The more the coffee is roasted the more its colour will change (from light to dark). The darker the roast, the more the aromatic notes are lost in favour of the roasting notes.
All our coffees have been placed in a colorimeter by our experts in order to compare the roast intensity.
The aromatic groups describe the tasting notes of your cup (hazelnut, chocolate, peach, white flowers, etc.).
If you don't know what your coffee profile is yet, we advise you to start with the most appreciated aromatic groups: rich & sweet or woody.
Please Note: this is not a flavoured coffee but aromatic notes noticed upon tasting.
The dominant aromatic group represents the most perceptible notes and the secondary group, the more subtle notes present in the cup.
Traditional Coffees (classic and superior) are the most common in the various distribution channels.
Specialty Coffees (rated 80-100) are among the best coffees in the world and represent less than 10% of world production. These are flawless coffees that offer unique tasting notes from one terroir (or even plot) to another.
Attributed by “Q Graders”, a coffee's /100 score is determined by the quality of the beans and the result in the cup. It is advisable to progressively move towards coffees with higher scores.
