The Force Tamper is a highly precise professional dynamometric tamper that applies a consistent preset pressure with every use. Awarded the 2017 Red Dot for its design, ergonomics, and ease of use, it features an auto-leveling plate for flawless tamping. Crafted from lacquered wood and food-grade stainless steel.
The Force Tamper is a dynamometric tamper that allows you to apply a precise and regular pressure to your coffee grounds. The piston engages when a certain pressure is reached. This makes it a perfect ally for espresso lovers who want to improve their skills.
You can adjust the force of the piston spring to give you more or less pressure. This is a feature that will delight coffee nerds and baristas who have a machine with a pressure regulator.
Moreover, the top of the base of the The Force Tamper is wider enough. This ensures that it always stays upright when tamping and that all the ground coffee is compacted. The result is optimised and more homogeneous.
The Force Tamper has been awarded the Red Dot Awards 2017 for its design, ergonomics, performance and ease of use in tamping coffee. It comes with a silicone holder to put the tamper on after use.

The Force Tamper
The type of roast will affect the balance of flavours (bitterness, acidity, sweetness, etc.) and reveal the aromas of the terroir to a greater or lesser extent.
The more the coffee is roasted the more its colour will change (from light to dark). The darker the roast, the more the aromatic notes are lost in favour of the roasting notes.
All our coffees have been placed in a colorimeter by our experts in order to compare the roast intensity.
The aromatic groups describe the tasting notes of your cup (hazelnut, chocolate, peach, white flowers, etc.).
If you don't know what your coffee profile is yet, we advise you to start with the most appreciated aromatic groups: rich & sweet or woody.
Please Note: this is not a flavoured coffee but aromatic notes noticed upon tasting.
The dominant aromatic group represents the most perceptible notes and the secondary group, the more subtle notes present in the cup.
Traditional Coffees (classic and superior) are the most common in the various distribution channels.
