This coffee is grown in the Sierra Nevada region of South America, at an altitude of 1700 m, from two arabica varieties: Castillo, the most famous for its strong resistance to pests and rust, and Colombia.

Each bag of green coffee comes with specific information (density, hydrometry, etc.).

Please note: green coffee must be roasted before being introduced into an automatic machine or even a grinder. Otherwise, your machines will be damaged.
