After the international success of Nez du Vin, Jean Lenoir Éditions had to sculpt a new "Nose" to cross the threshold of the third millennium.
Coffee had been waiting for more than four centuries to be encrypted in order to acquire its legitimacy like wine. Jean Lenoir embarked on a long and patient research project that allowed him to build, day after day, the foundations of a scientific study of coffee tasting.
Today, Jean Lenoir is happy to share this passion with millions of coffee lovers through an olfactory alphabet of thirty-six aromas that we have gathered to illustrate the richness and aromatic complexity of the world's coffees. Among them, aromas such as cedar, straw or caramel... Enough to get your imagination going!
The 36 aromas selected in this "Revelation" box are the most typical.
You will discover the joy of smelling coffee, the pleasure of tasting it and the desire to know more.
Flavors elaborated in France in Cassis.

Today, he devotes his talent to coffee, with this unique booklet of aromas. After the international success of Le Nez du Vin, Éditions Jean Lenoir launched Le Nez du Café.
