Le Nez du Café - Revelation box 36 aromas

Le Nez du Café is a set of 36 flasks representing 36 different aromas you can discover in coffee. It is accompanied by an explanatory book (in French) that will which will teach you to recognise different aromas and differentiate coffees from each other by smell. This book is presented in a pretty black box.

After the international success of Nez du Vin, Jean Lenoir Éditions  had to sculpt a new "Nose" to cross the threshold of the third millennium.

Coffee had been waiting for more than four centuries to be encrypted in order to acquire its legitimacy like wine. Jean Lenoir embarked on a long and patient research project that allowed him to build, day after day, the foundations of a scientific study of coffee tasting.

Jean Lenoir , who doesn't know him in the wine world? Burgundian: his passion, his accent, his work testify to this identity. As early as 1978, he boldly undertook to bring wine into the culture as a work of art, in the same way as music or painting.< In 1981, in search of a vocabulary for wine, he invented Le Nez du Vin, a unique work made up of writings and smells that immediately aroused the surprise and admiration of all, specialists and amateurs alike.
