Sunny Roast Coffee Beans: the Ultimate Iced Coffee
Thanks to its bold yet well-balanced flavour profile, Perléo Sunny Roast is just as enjoyable in iced coffees as it is in a classic espresso. An easy way to enjoy your favourite blend throughout the year.
Ingredients (Serves 1)
- 1 freshly brewed espresso
- 120ml chilled milk (dairy or plant-based)
- A handful of ice cubes
- Optional: 10–15ml vanilla, caramel or sugar syrup
Method
- Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
- Pour in the chilled milk.
- Brew a fresh espresso and pour it gently over the milk.
- Add the syrup, if using, then stir lightly before serving.

Their coffee beans are selected for the richness of their aromatic potential and for the care the producers show to their crops. The green coffee beans are then entrusted to Perleo Espresso master roasters who work with delicacy and precision, following traditional methods. Perleo Espresso is above all a story of passionate women and men.

The type of roast will affect the balance of flavours (bitterness, acidity, sweetness, etc.) and reveal the aromas of the terroir to a greater or lesser extent.
The more the coffee is roasted the more its colour will change (from light to dark). The darker the roast, the more the aromatic notes are lost in favour of the roasting notes.
All our coffees have been placed in a colorimeter by our experts in order to compare the roast intensity.
The aromatic groups describe the tasting notes of your cup (hazelnut, chocolate, peach, white flowers, etc.).
If you don't know what your coffee profile is yet, we advise you to start with the most appreciated aromatic groups: rich & sweet or woody.
Please Note: this is not a flavoured coffee but aromatic notes noticed upon tasting.
The dominant aromatic group represents the most perceptible notes and the secondary group, the more subtle notes present in the cup.
