The PELLINI coffee beans Caffè Crema Intensa blend is, like many coffees in the Pellini range, an unmissable classic among Italian coffee beans. The brand has received numerous awards for its coffees thanks to its unwavering attention to detail throughout the production process.

This blend contains 60% Arabica and 40% Robusta. The roasting process is remarkably slow compared to modern methods, allowing the beans to roast evenly and according to their unique characteristics.

Enjoy a rich, aromatic flavour alongside a bold, powerful coffee that will make you fall in love with, or rediscover, true Italian coffee. It is also ideal for your milk-based drinks (cappuccino, latte macchiato).

Pellini: A Brand of Exceptional Coffee Beans

The roasting process of Pellini coffee is carried out extremely slowly and at tightly controlled temperatures, adapted to each type of bean. This artisanal care is at the heart of the company’s Quality Project, designed to honour the raw material without resorting to any forced processes.

Each bean is roasted evenly from the core to the outer layer through a progressive heating method. The roasting process uses hot air only, ensuring the beans never come into contact with metal. A stream of air keeps the coffee gracefully suspended as it roasts.

Cooling also takes place using air. Afterwards, the beans are left to rest in special silos for settling. During a meticulous tasting process, twenty qualified judges compare the flavours and aromas of the coffee. By engaging all the senses, even subtle variations in taste can be detected — from aroma to visual appearance. Only once the judges give their approval is the coffee ready for release.
