OutIn Nano – Espresso, Anywhere and Everywhere

The OutIn Nano ensures exceptional extraction quality (comparable to the best machines) thanks to two major strengths: a rapid rise to a stable temperature and an implicit pre-infusion system.

Temperature control is managed by the self-heating system. It is also possible to use hot water directly (~90°C), helping you save battery power while maintaining excellent cup quality. This flexibility is perfect for adventurous coffee lovers who may carry a thermos of hot water or a portable kettle.

The “2-in-1” extraction technology allows the use of capsules and ground coffee, optimising the aromatic profile. It features a 7500 mAh rechargeable battery — offering up to 5 extractions with cold water or over 200 with hot water.

Personalise your coffee (short espresso or lungo) by easily adjusting the water volume (from 50 to 80ml). Its minimalist interface includes clear battery indicators and a USB-C port. It can also be recharged effortlessly in the car via 12V/24V sockets.

How to Use the OutIn Nano Portable

The OutIn Nano Portable coffee maker is easy to use!

1. Make sure the battery is fully charged. If the LEDs are flashing, the battery level is low.
2. For capsules: insert the included capsule adapter and place the capsule without piercing it yourself. For ground coffee: use the supplied filter, dose (~5–8g) as recommended, and tamp lightly. For the freshest grind, you can pair this portable machine with the Fino OutIn coffee grinder.
3. Open the water tank and pour in water up to the recommended level. Close the lid securely.
4. Screw the portafilter (with capsule or ground coffee basket) onto the machine tightly. If it isn’t sufficiently secured, your extraction may be affected.
5. Extraction with cold water: Press for 2 seconds — the machine heats up the water and then automatically starts brewing once it reaches the right temperature (~92°C).
6. Extraction with hot water: Press for 5 seconds or twice quickly. If the water is already hot (pre-heated), brewing will be much faster.
7. Once the extraction is complete, the machine stops automatically. If it doesn’t, press the button once to stop it manually.

Included with the machine: one capsule adapter, one basket for ground coffee, one measuring spoon, one USB-C cable, and one coffee cup.

If you’d like a double espresso, you can equip the machine with a 2-cup filter (16–18g). If you lose any accessories, an adapter kit is available.
