The OutIn Nano offers features specifically designed for mobile use and ease: everything begins with a single button that activates heating and extraction, eliminating the need for complex settings. The machine is ready in 200 seconds.

OutIn Nano – Espresso, Anywhere and Everywhere
To deliver extraction quality worthy of a home espresso machine, the OutIn Nano relies on several key features: an implicit pre-infusion system paired with a rapid rise to a stable temperature (~92°C).
Temperature control is ensured by the self-heating system. It is also possible to use hot water directly (~90°C), which helps save battery power while maintaining excellent coffee quality. This flexibility is perfect for adventurous coffee lovers who carry a thermos of hot water or a portable kettle.
The “2-in-1” extraction technology allows for both capsules and ground coffee, enhancing aromatic performance. It comes with a 7500 mAh rechargeable battery — enough for up to 5 extractions with cold water or more than 200 with hot water.
You can tailor your drink (short espresso or lungo) by adjusting the water volume (50–80 ml). The interface is minimalist, featuring battery indicators, a USB-C port, and compatibility with 12V/24V car chargers.
How to Use the OutIn Nano Portable
The OutIn Nano Portable travel coffee maker is easy to use!
1. Make sure the battery is fully charged. Flashing LEDs indicate low battery.
2. For capsules: insert the included capsule adapter and place the capsule inside without piercing it. For ground coffee: use the supplied filter, dose (~5–8g) as recommended, and tamp lightly. For the freshest grind, you can pair this portable machine with the Fino OutIn coffee grinder.
3. Open the water tank, fill it up to the recommended level, and close the lid securely.
4. Screw the portafilter (with capsule or ground coffee basket) tightly onto the machine. If it isn’t properly secured, extraction may be affected.
5. Extraction with cold water: Press for 2 seconds — the machine heats the water and automatically begins extraction once it reaches the required temperature (~92°C).
6. Extraction with hot water: Press for 5 seconds or twice quickly. If the water is already hot (preheated), extraction will be much faster.
7. Once extraction is complete, the machine stops automatically. If not, press the button once to stop it manually.
Included with the machine: one capsule adapter, one basket for ground coffee, one measuring spoon, one USB-C cable, and one coffee cup.
If you’d like a double espresso, you can equip the machine with a 2-cup filter (16–18 g). If you misplace any accessories, an adapter kit is available.

The type of roast will affect the balance of flavours (bitterness, acidity, sweetness, etc.) and reveal the aromas of the terroir to a greater or lesser extent.
The more the coffee is roasted the more its colour will change (from light to dark). The darker the roast, the more the aromatic notes are lost in favour of the roasting notes.
All our coffees have been placed in a colorimeter by our experts in order to compare the roast intensity.
The aromatic groups describe the tasting notes of your cup (hazelnut, chocolate, peach, white flowers, etc.).
If you don't know what your coffee profile is yet, we advise you to start with the most appreciated aromatic groups: rich & sweet or woody.
Please Note: this is not a flavoured coffee but aromatic notes noticed upon tasting.
The dominant aromatic group represents the most perceptible notes and the secondary group, the more subtle notes present in the cup.
Traditional Coffees (classic and superior) are the most common in the various distribution channels.
Specialty Coffees (rated 80-100) are among the best coffees in the world and represent less than 10% of world production. These are flawless coffees that offer unique tasting notes from one terroir (or even plot) to another.
Attributed by “Q Graders”, a coffee's /100 score is determined by the quality of the beans and the result in the cup. It is advisable to progressively move towards coffees with higher scores.
