Charter for the management and moderation of opinions and comments on MaxiCoffee.com



MaxiCoffee.com allows you to rate products and post reviews on its site via an online tool. The posting of a review by a web user implies prior acceptance and compliance with these terms of use.

1. Attitude

The main objective of the "Review" tool on the www.maxicoffee.com site is to create a space for web users to express themselves and post comments about the products they buy and know, to allow them to freely voice their opinion and inform buyers on the site in a loyal and constructive manner. The goal is therefore to show current reviews and opinions, respect other points of view and allow web users to form an opinion.

2. Review publication process

    • Who can submit a review?

All customers who have previously purchased products on www.maxicoffee.com can submit a review on the site. Only an identifiable person can submit a review.

    • How to submit a review?

Product reviews are solicited by mail by our external service provider Verified Reviews after purchasing a product on www.maxicoffee.com. The customer must have had personal experience in order to submit a review.

    • Collection of reviews

The reviews are subject to moderation by the MaxiCoffee teams. We undertake to publish your review within one month. In order to validate the publication of reviews, the www.maxicoffee.com site has set up a system for verifying, moderating and controlling these reviews.

3. Moderation of reviews on MaxiCoffee.com

The reviews may be subject to moderation. Thus, MaxiCoffee reserves the right, without having to provide any justification, not to publish reviews, to delete reviews at any time, including personal information relating to the author of the review or any third party, or information that it does not deem to be clearly in accordance with the spirit of the site or the stipulated requirements. MaxiCoffee cannot be held responsible for the fact that a review is or is not published.

4. Grounds for rejecting reviews

  • The text contains insults or profanities,
  • The parts relating to the identity of the author contain insults or rude remarks,
  • The text contains random characters or strings of meaningless words,
  • The content is unrelated to the subject,
  • It contains concrete elements of conflicts of interest,
  • The content is badly written to the point of being unintelligible,
  • The comment is inappropriate,
  • The comment contains personal information,
  • The comment contains a credit card, social security or bank account number
  • The comment mentions websites, hypertext links, url, e-mail address or telephone number
  • It is spam
  • The description of the experience is not filled in

5. Personal details

The web user accepts that certain personal information concerning him/her, such as his/her first name, will appear when the reviews are published. The reviews and personal details of web users are collected and processed by computer for the purpose of managing and publishing the reviews. In this context, the data collected may be transferred to a service provider for the purpose of managing the comment management tool. In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 as amended by the law of 4 August 2004, web users have the right to access, correct and object to any data concerning them by sending a message or letter to:
