Natural Decaffeination with CO2 :

If you like coffee but caffeine bothers you... this decaffeinated coffee is for you! The natural decaffeination process using CO2 (carbon dioxide) ensures that the taste of this coffee remains intact.

The CO2 passes under high pressure through the unroasted coffee beans to extract the caffeine. The advantages of this method is that no harmful chemicals are used, the flavours are better preserved and the decaffeinated extract can be recycled!
