The Ethiopian coffee gives the blend a rich body and consistency in the cup, as well as a distinct aromatic strength. The Indian robusta adds strength and a light bitterness. This coffee is distinguished by its rich, woody aromas, with dominant notes of walnut and dark chocolate, complemented by more subtle nuances of cedar.
