Trésor au chocolat blanc is a chocolate powder from Monbana that can be used to make a white chocolate flavoured hot chocolate mousse.

Recipe for a Cosy Cocoa at Home:

Pour two spoonfuls of powder into the cup
Add the hot milk and stir briskly
Your drink is ready

With 40% white chocolate, this Monbana powder offers a very rich texture and will seduce you with its lovely aroma. Drink it with milk or mixed with syrups.

Ingredients: 40% white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, skimmed MILK powder), sugar, skimmed MILK powder, modified corn starch, thickener: locust bean gum, flavourings, colourings: E160 – E101. Cocoa butter content 9%. May contain traces of: eggs, soya, cereals containing gluten, nuts, celery, sulphites.
