This specialty coffee features a medium roast that delivers a rich body, delicate aromas, and a smooth, rounded mouthfeel. Initially lively and slightly acidic on the palate, it gradually reveals a growing sweetness with a pastry-like finish. The blend combines three distinct origins: a South American washed coffee with subtle jasmine notes and a light body; a floral, candied lemon-flavoured washed coffee from Ethiopia’s Sidama region, sourced from the Daye Bensa cooperative; and a smooth, flavourful Guatemalan coffee from Huehuetenango, processed by Renardo Vides. Expertly roasted to balance acidity and highlight sweetness, all the coffees in this blend come from trusted partners, ensuring exceptional quality and flavour.

If you enjoy coffee even during warm days, this expertly crafted summer recipe featuring Sakura Blend is ideal. Perfect for cold brew or as a cocktail, it combines 60ml of long coffee, a quarter of freshly squeezed lime, and 1 to 2 cl of elderflower syrup. The type of roast will affect the balance of flavours (bitterness, acidity, sweetness, etc.) and reveal the aromas of the terroir to a greater or lesser extent.
The more the coffee is roasted the more its colour will change (from light to dark). The darker the roast, the more the aromatic notes are lost in favour of the roasting notes.
All our coffees have been placed in a colorimeter by our experts in order to compare the roast intensity.
The aromatic groups describe the tasting notes of your cup (hazelnut, chocolate, peach, white flowers, etc.).
If you don't know what your coffee profile is yet, we advise you to start with the most appreciated aromatic groups: rich & sweet or woody.
Please Note: this is not a flavoured coffee but aromatic notes noticed upon tasting.
