This coffee opens with a smooth, cocoa-rich attack, carried by a full body and notes of roasted hazelnut. Its finish reveals a subtle fruity hint reminiscent of plum.

Lionel and his team of roasters crafted this 100% Arabica blend, made exclusively from natural Brazilian coffee beans, grown between 750m and 1150m above sea level and sourced from several varieties (Mundo Novo, Yellow Catuai, Obata). This Brazilian coffee reveals a gorgeous sweetness, perfectly balanced by a delicate touch of acidity that brings brightness to the cup.

The medium+ roast sits between a dark roast and Lugat’s signature medium roast. Slightly more developed than a medium roast, it brings out extra roundness and depth while preserving the coffee’s freshness and sense of origin. This medium+ profile is ideal for coffee lovers eager to explore the full richness of speciality coffee, without compromising balance or indulgence.
