Buongiorno is a coffee bean blend created for those who enjoy smooth, well-balanced coffees. This specialty blend from Le Piantagioni del Caffè combines aromatic intensity with sweetness for a refined yet approachable everyday coffee experience.
Made from 80% Arabica and 20% Robusta, this blend brings together carefully selected coffees from Brazil and India. The combination of these origins creates a harmonious coffee with a full body and a pleasantly lingering finish.
Its dark roast highlights a woody and spicy aromatic profile. In the cup, these coffee beans reveal notes of cedar, nuts and malt, complemented by a smooth, rounded texture and a long-lasting finish.
Ideal for filter coffee makers or Moka pots
Buongiorno reveals its full aromatic potential when prepared with a filter coffee maker or a Moka pot. Its woody and spicy profile, combined with notes of cedar, nuts and malt, is beautifully balanced with both brewing methods.
For filter coffee, Le Piantagioni del Caffè recommends a ratio of around 60 g of coffee per litre of water, with a grind similar in texture to cornmeal. For a Moka pot, opt for a finer grind, comparable to sea salt, using around 100 g of coffee per litre of water for a more concentrated and intense cup.
