    Shipping was fast. However the lid of the kettle was damaged. The box was also damaged. I don't think it was caused during delivery because the kettle was placed in its own box and then packed in a bigger box together with another item. The other item was fine. Therefore I'm inclined to beli...read moreeve that the kettle was already damaged before it was shipped to me.
